man it was hot as shit out there. little bit sore still from tempo so trying to chill really. stopped halfway to jump in the lake which felt really nice. sandy feet for the rest of the run but i think it was worth . cooled me down for a few miles at least.
man watching the news makes me believe that americans are the single dumbest group of people on the planet. the mere fact that wearing a mask when going to public places like the supermarket or whatever is actually up for debate just demonstrates that this country is a scourge on the earth.
