got baton in last ended up in last. didnt expect anything much better to be honest. felt easier than running a 4:41 last week I guess so hopefully tomorrow ill have it in me to do better. just felt kind of stupid and pointless.
some inbred moron walked onto the track as i was finishing which really fucking pissed me off. hit the guy with my baton in my frustration. seriously fuck that guy.
