first week of big boy miles

feeling really good. i would like to add more quality and perhaps some doubles if possible. with summer science im now somewhat busy so its hard to find the time/motivation to go more than 1x a day. but i also feel like its not 100% necessary.i think just 1x workout/week is the more important thing to incorporate
