very happy with this performance. wanted the sub 4:40 but we'll get em next time. legs didnt feel as good as I hoped and I was definitely hurting in the last 400 but im really proud to have stuck it out. overall Im happy I went out hard and tried to mix it up with the big boys today. tough races like this that go out hard will make me stronger going forward. i think as I get some more speed and take a down week in terms of training i can hold on to the pace a bit better and run some fast times
