back day. I think my lifting schedule will be monday, wedsdenday, and then either friday or a day on the weekend because I have AT at 7 on tuesday and thursday. absolutely sucks. I hate chinese.

decent lift overall. lifting right after a run is hard but my lifts were the same weights as always.
