workout went exactly as expected lol. felt really good through the 500s, felt the worst on the 2nd 300m and then the 200s made me feel sick. 500s were really fast but they felt really good relative to the rest of the workout. still good on the whole though. never really died out but it was hard to finish.

we ran this workout on 2-11 of last year and when I did it then my 500s were all 84, so I've definitely gotten stronger over the year. I still have a hard time on the top end speed stuff but I think I'll get there sooner or later.
