Back at Planet Fitness, first time in years.

This was an interval workout: 5 min walk to start,

then 3 min run, 2 min walk until total of 30 min.

Runs were at 5.4, 5.5, 5.6, 5.7, and 5.8 mph.

This went very well, especially for first time in quite a while.
