New interval scheme:
3m run, 1m walk, repeat...
then 1m FAST run, 1m walk (total 10 min).
Oddly, the fast running felt wonderful!
Went to 2m/1m, repeat, 1m fast, 1m walk after 40 min.
LONG stop for 10 min phone call at 11:45 into the run (mile 1.05).
Pulse/resp at finish: 159/27.
