Notes
A taste of things to come as far as the weather went. Rainy and cold. Used my Garmin for the first time although, I didn't do anything spectacular with it cause I don't know how to use it yet. Will read more on it and fiddle with it more as I become more familiar with its use and functions. Felt pretty good other than my quads are still sore from last week and a bit of right knee pain.
