Right knee still making me nervous. Did not pop as much as it did last run and only for a little bit, but I am still getting a pain in the tendon on the posterior lateral side. Teensie substernal pain, but nothing like what I had experienced previously where I couldn't run through it. Was only for a bit around mile 2 again. Maybe it is the cold air? I dunno? Splits:
