Ran from Vicky's across the 9th Street Bridge into downtown Richmond then over to Belle Isle and around the island, back up to the Robert E Lee bridge, back to Semmes and back to Vicky's. Walked a bit on some of the steeper hills. Calves were a bit sore from yesterday's race.
