Gorgeous day for a run, was cool, mostly sunny, light winds, and I felt great. So much so that I kind of turned this into a progression run. I'm not sure what my pace was, but I probably started out somewhere around 9:30 minute miles and the last 1.5+ I fartleked to probably around and 8ish minute per mile pace. The run felt easy, my legs felt strong and light, I had little discomfort in my RLL (most of it early on on the pavement starting out the run for the first 4/10 mile), and my stride just opened up at the end and felt very comfortable and easy and my breathing just followed. It was a glorious run!
