Probably could have called this a tempo run. I THOUGHT I was running fast, but alas, not so much. Oh well, I guess feeling fast is better than feeling slow. Splits:
1: 9:12
2: 8:56
3: 8:50
4: 8:31
I think maybe I should start doing some mild weights on days off and/or intervals or some sprints though, these scare me cause I don't want to break myself.
