Good running conditions, overcast, slightly drizzly at times, low winds. Hopefully the race will be like this in April. Felt pretty good overall. I drank about a 12 oz glass of water before I ran, did not take any nutritional items or water on the run. I think I probably should from now on on long runs. My legs, muscles (quads) in particular, were started to get tight and sore about the last 2- 3 miles which I would attribute to hydration. My right knee was slightly sore and left achilles a little tight otherwise, a pretty good long run. Michigan v. Ohio State game on now! Woohoo! GO BLUE!
