Walked 0.5 mile, jogged 1.5 miles, walked 1 mile, jogged 1 mile, walked 1 mile, jogged 1 mile, then walked 0.25 cool down. Most of walk/jog was along the Olentangy River trail down to the OSU campus, did a loop around Ohio Stadium, then back to my hotel on Olentangy River Road.

My injury site felt good the whole walk/jog. My shin above the injury site felt fatigued (is the best adjective I can describe it), but didn't hurt or feel injured. I am definitely out of shape! GAH! Breathing was fine, despite the high heat and humidity, but my hips felt worked over (typical for being out of shape and especially when walking) and my left knee hurt a bit later into the walk/jog. Stretched well when I got back and hopped in the pool after cooling down a bit and stretching. Feel pretty darn good right now. Overall, pretty happy with this first attempt at jogging again.

The path was very nice, wooded in a lot of areas and ran right alongside the Olentangy River. Lots of bikers, joggers, and walkers along the way too. Very neat.
