10 miles at 9:27 pace (HR-138).

Right Achilles is the same - pretty painful in the morning and during the first 10-15 minutes of each run. I haven't seen any improvement from 13 days of slowing way down on the pace. Still taking gelatin and doing isometric strengthening every evening.

The Brooks Ghost 11s are closer to being handed down to Kameron. They're just too tight in the toe box. Pretty uncomfortable, even on a relaxed 10-miler.
