Woke up with tightness and pain in my left calf. Not sure what's up with that. It felt fine when I went to bed last night. The plan was to run 5 x 1000 on the track today, but I felt calf pain during the 4th one, so I pulled up at 400 meters and decided to call it quits.

4-mile warmup

3 x 1000 at about 6:40 pace - 4:03, 4:11, 4:13, with 400 recovery after each, then the final 400 in 1:35

3.25-mile cooldown.
