Dewpoint 39. Felt good. HR was spiking again. I think I didn't get them wet enough. Very windy out. I think it was doing a good job of pushing me and helping my pace. I spaced it and just started running at various points... only to look down and see I was doing 9mm and over my target HR. Doh.
