felt really good, i covered up the time so i wasnt checking every two seconds and it went by pretty fast. i wasnt even tired!! i started running at a 9:22 pace and slowly moved up and the last few minutes was running at around 8:35 pace and i wasnt really winded. my knees were tired probably from just the treadmill part but i was very happy with the run and now i know treadmill running is possible!!!! still have a weird toe problem that hurts

Yeah treadmill running is okay if you're in the right mindset
