Fri - Distance run, 5-7 miles. Try to keep the days off this week to two if you can. Chose your days. Do 6-8 uphill strides, half of them 50m and then other half 100m. You should be getting full recovery inbetween the strides (basically catching your breath and being ready for the next effort).
