Sat – Race if you are considering race or just a moderate run before tomorrow’s long run. This week should be above 30 miles, no questions, preferably near 40 miles with the day to day miles. Set your mind to get it done. If no race today just get in a moderate run of 5 miles. If not run, rest up for tomorrow’s long run and get in the high end of mileage.
