Sat – Moderate run, 5-7 miles. How is your workout routine going, the exercises, the strengthening, the sissy squats, etc. I can say, from my end, that is seem as though your running is really improving and your body is getting stronger in part to those workouts. That doesn’t mean you can slack on the miles!!!!!
RACE COODINATOR SAID THE CONDITIONS WERE "AMONG THE WORST EVER." NO TRACTION MADE DECENT PACE DIFFICULT, BUT I'LL TAKE IT! FELT STRONG AND LOOSE.
