Sun - Long Run of 7-8 miles. It's only a mile or so longer than the previous LR's so don't fret the distance. Use these long runs as a mental strengthening excercise. Visualize you are in a race and feeling strong, it will help you get through the run. Whatever you do, don't tell yourself "Ugh, 4 more miles to go", that will definitely make it feel longer than it is. Just take it one mile at a time and do your best to talk yourself through any hills you come across. I have yet to figure out the percentages, but running is very high in mental percentage. Work on that as well as the physical part.
