Mon - Long run, 11-13. (Sun - Long run of 11-13 miles. This will be the longest thus far. We will see how your body is responding to the mileage and I might change this sometime during the week if I feel you are too tired or the mileage is catching up to you and you can't get through it without struggle.)

Felt very good for 90% of the run.
