Tues – 6-8 miles with 5 X 30 sec. pick-ups during run.
Left achiles started to tighten half way into the run. Don't think it's serious, probably didin't loosen up enough before setting out. Pick-ups were of moderate pace due to darkness/footing. Felt good overall!
