Tues - Moderate run, 6-8 miles. Keep the pace moderate and make sure you are monitoring the legs (even if you have your ipod on!). I would recommend you not wear your ipod every once in a while so that you can have an intimate interaction with your body and feel and listen to what's going on. It's probably a good thing that you didn't run with your ipod at the race (even though it was strapped to your shirt collar!)
