Wed - Track workout. You are near Springfield Coll. right? Well, do about 2 miles before/on the way there as a warm up. At the track, do a few short easy strides and get your game face on. You will be doing 1 mile at mile pace. We are going to see what you can do and take that time* base you training pace and map improvement. A 2 mile cool down afterward. You should get in 5 miles today. The cool down may be a struggle, but it in, it's important. Tomorrow will be short!
