Thurs - Off (CHANGED TO "ON") easy run, I want you to do a 5-6 mile run and in the middle, after you are well warmed up, do 5 X 1 min. pick ups w/ 1 min run recovery in between at the pace you ran the SIDS race in. Or, rather, think 5 mile intensity, not nececarily pace. Test out the legs and see how they respond.
