Sat - Very easy or off. I would like you to do the long run tomorrow but not take two days off in a row. So if you can get in a very easy run today, 2-4 miles, then get it in!

Sun - Long run, 5-7 miles. You don't have to stress over these runs, just get in the mileage. If you can only get in 5, that's ok, get it in. However, if you are feeling good and can go a little longer, get in the full distance.

Every week will be better than the last, a month is a long time to take off and you have lost some of your fitness, but the previous running will help you get back to where you were in the past.

So, you said to skip Hartford, where you were planning on running the half marathon, and now to focus on Boston. Does that mean you are planning on a marathon!? If so, great! We have plenty of time to plan, train, race and get into shape. Let me know the plans.

Keep up the great work, the Great Wall of China wasn't built in a day. That is supposed to be some analogy to how you will not get back into shape immediately, but it will take some time. You'll get there!
