Sun - Long Run, 7-9 miles. Get it in your mind that you ARE able to do these runs and that they are not neccessarily a struggle to get through. You fitness is increasing and the runs will be more enjoyable (as far as running goes--but there will be those days that you will feel incredible, like you are indestructable, savor and take advantage of those, they're rare). You will see once you race next month what proper training can do for your running. Stay strong mentally, that's the most important thing.
Nothin' doin' today. Heat and humidity took it right out of me. Chalking it up to experience; i.e. should've gone out early in the morning, predicted the weather better, et.al. Not a happy day..
