Sat - Easy distance run, 4-6 miles. Just take it really easy and recover and prep yourself for the long run tomorrow. We will be slowly getting into the longer tempo-type workouts for the marathon training. These are a bit more laborous and take mental strength, so you'll need to psych yourself up for them.
