Mon - Long run. Since you took the past two days off, let's get in a good one of 10-12 miles. You have already done a 9+ mile run, so this won't be too much more than that. We need to keep uping the mileage, each week should be a little more, 20 miles a week will not help you much when you are training for a half marathon. Focus on trying to keep that weekly total edgeing up by 2-5 miles. There will be spots where you will plateau for a while, however, those weeks will still be difficult. What we don't want to do is have a drop in miles, as we did last week. If you know you are going to have a few days off, get in the miles on the other days.
