Chris,

Great week of running and strength training! What did you do for the strength training? Was it the leg exercises we talked about? It looks good, keep it up. How do the legs feel now? Again, we will put in a similar week, 30+ mile, and you can shift around the days, but make sure you don't have two hard/long days back to back. See how you are feeling and keep that in mind when you put in the training.

Today is El Dio de los Muertos (The Day of the Dead), the Mexican Holiday celebrating and praying for the life of family and friends that have died. It is a huge thing down in southern California, a little different from here in NE. It's also All Souls' Day and yesterday was All Saints' Day. So, what ever you are celebrating, make sure to pour out a little liquor to the homies!

Mon - Off since you did your long run yesterday and you usually take today off. You can continue the strength workout days on your day off, that way you are doing something on every day of the week. You'll get stronger and recover all at the same time!
