Mon – Off.

"OFF DUE TO CONFLICT" Tues – 4-6 miles with 5 X 100m strides. I assume it is getting cold down there about now, I know it’s cold up here in VT. What time of the day to you usually run?

"ADDED MILES as MAKE-UP"Wed – Short run, 2-4 miles. Are you still on a day on/day off routine. I think you are ready to run more often than that, 2-3 days off a week at this point.

Thurs – Day Off. These would be a good time get in the exercising routines of sit/push ups, dips, leg lifts, sissy squats, calf raises, etc. I find it was usually taxing on the body with these exercises and the running the same day. You will get used to it and it shouldn’t be too strenuous after a while.
