How did the week after the race go? How are you feeling? Are you starting to get back into the swing of things and feeling like you are in better shape? What about the knee, how is that doing? Any progress?

It looks like you are getting in some runs that are getting faster in the pace category. Keep it up!

Mon - I don't know what your work schdule is this week but you can shift one day back or forward. Easy run, 4-6 miles.
