Sun - Long run, 7-9 miles. Keep this steadily coming up. You already have a few 8+ miles under your belt, so this won't be too bad.

There are more miles in this week's schedule than you should be doing, so don't go overboard. Make sure you are tracking the miles and keeping a tally on them.

P.S. I ran a trail 5k this past weekend and won it and a pair of glasses. Haven't been doing much training but it's on the up and up, so looking forward to some good things. Snowshoes will be crucial here in VT this winter!
