Why do I run:
It keeps me creative and positive about life. When I'm out on a favorite trails through forests, deserts, or along a river and I hit that perfect rhythm, I think life can get no better than this. |
Why I started running:
I was in a highly stressful situation and I needed time to be alone. Music on my mp3 helped me so much that for he first years I ran alone and listened to my favorite music - often Sheryl Crow. |
