My hamstrings were a little sore and tight this morning from yesterday. But it was a good feeling like I had a really good workout. They loosened up pretty fast and I felt good for the first few minutes. Once I got about a half a mile out and my hip started to hurt a bit so I decided to turn around just in case it wouldn't stop. I was hoping it would stop but it didn't by a mile so I stopped. I was really hoping my run today would have been farther than a mile.
