Notes

I began with a slow jog, but it only lasted for about a minute before it was hurting too bad to run. I walked for awhile and I thought maybe it had loosened up and to try to run again. It was okay for a few minutes and then started hurting again. I attempted this a couple more times and I lasted a couple minutes. I stopped when it started to hurt right when I started running. I didn’t get a lot of running in so I decided to log it under a walk. I stretched and rolled when I returned.
