Notes

6x400, 2x200, 2x100. On the first one, my knee did not hurt at all and I was able to keep up with the rest of the team. On the second one, it bothered me a bit so I took it slower. On the third one, it started to hurt really bad so I started to walk my recover lap. It helped a bit. By the end of the hard lap, it started to act up again so walking helped. I made sure to stretch and roll when I returned back to campus. After dinner, my knee started to bother me really bad, so I hope that I didn't push it too much and it feels better in the morning.
