I was able to run today and I am so happy. I was able to do a 100 and 200 at workout speed and recovery without my knee in any pain! On the 300 I felt it about halfway through so I slowed down and started to walk. I attempted the 400 but only made it about 150 before I felt pain in my knee again, so I walked. I was thinking about walking a bit longer and running again, but after talking to Bill it was decided that that would be plenty. I iced and rolled after practice and it was doing really well. When I was walking to the cafeteria for dinner my knee started to bother me a bit. So I hope it just goes away.
