Why do I run:
I love the workout, and being able to explore places on foot. You can go a lot of places on foot that would take too long to walk, and that you could never reach in a car. Plus it just makes you feel good about life in general. It's a real pick-me-up. |

I started running in high school when I joined cross country. I've loved it ever since! |
