Felt pretty good this morning--pace was easy, a little tightness in the shoulders in the middle of the run but pretty relaxed overall. The weather was humid, but on the cool side. Coming through mile seven, there was an older man who was heading out to get his newspaper. We exchanged good mornings, and he remarked, "It's a beautiful morning for a run." Yes, it was.
Violent storms last night, though, and the wind blew down the flag we bought yesterday evening--the anchors holding the bracket came right of the stucco.
