Felt pretty good about how things went--I don't think I could have run much faster today.
Melissa, Hillary, Mom, & Dave all came out to watch. It was nice having a little cheering section.
2 Clif gels with 25mg caffeine before the race--one before warm-up and the other about 10 minutes before the start. Water stop at mile 4.
Pace was pretty consistent overall--picked up some in the last half mile.
