Notes

worked on breathing by taking a smaller breath and not so much breath. I saw on aa few you tube videos that if I take a really deep breath (which is what I was doing) that I'm going to get tired much quicker...just like if I'm standing and taking really deep breaths quickly. Did much better...most of my laps I did this the whole length of the pool out but my lap back was more keeping my head out of the water...still not 100% comfortable breathing out in water and getting water in my mouth
