leg didn't hurt too bad today but definitely could feel a constant ache. my ankle seemed to be really tight/painful but I'm hoping I'll be ok next Sunday for the marathon.
plan was to run first 8 miles at 9:10 pace or higher (averaged aprox. 9:15) and then focus on the glutes in the last 2 miles and run closer to the 8:20-8:30 pace (averaged 8:14)
