feeling much more comfortable breathing in the water.
Today I focused on breathing under water the whole way down, did a quick turn around and then swam without my head in the water on the way back (aside from a few times)...I still feel like I need that rest break since its so foreign to me so instead of hanging out at the end of the pool, I just swam back. When I got back I'd wait for about 10 breaths and then go again.
Planned to go 60 laps but Mark started talking to me after 54 so I figured out my time and stopped.
