the plan was to run just like I will in the marathon...a slower first mile and then run aprox. 8:20-8:25 miles...and get to the point that I'm 8:30 pace or faster. I decided to run my last mile really fast to prove to myself that I still had a lot left...goal was 7:00 mile.
