plan was to run all easy miles except for 2 fast ones somewhere in the middle (not consecutive) just to get my legs to get used to some speed without working too hard overall. my 2 fast miles were tough and I was ready to be done, but definitely not the hardest I could have pushed. my first one was at 8.0 mph so decided to go slower the 2nd one and ran at 7.7 mph
