initial plan was to run at an easy pace and see how I felt. I had 2 days off since my last run on the cruise (20 miles on a treadmill) and havent run outside in over a week.

felt fairly good so decided to run 2 easy miles (above 9:00 pace) and then try and run 2 or 3 miles at 8:25-8:30 which will be my goal pace at the marathon for most of my miles. It was fairly easy to run this pace and intended to slow down on the last mile but was just outside of the 8:25-8:30 pace but felt super easy.
